About me

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by.

I design and build objects out of wood that inspire me. Like most woodworkers, I started out by following trends I saw on social media, making cutting boards and rustic furniture. Before long, I discovered the joy of working with hand tools from books like The Essential Woodworker and The Anarchist's Tool Chest. By this point I was hooked - I consumed every bit of knowledge I could find on joinery, hand tool skills, cabinetmaking, design, and everything in between. Most importantly though, I was making things. All kinds of things. From boxes, to tables, chairs, desks, cabinets, and all sorts of other useful objects. With each piece, my goal was to always learn something new.

Woodworking is a journey of discovery and growth, and I take that mindset into every project - approaching each piece with curiosity, patience, and a desire to create something both lasting and meaningful. Every piece is carefully considered with a meticulous focus on precision, aesthetics, and durability. I take pride in the details, from precise joinery to thoughtful proportions, ensuring each piece is built to be both functional and beautiful.

For me, woodworking is more than just a craft—it’s a way to bring unique ideas to life, combining traditional techniques with my own design approach. Whether it’s a simple everyday object or a one-of-a-kind statement piece, I aim to create work that feels both timeless and personal. There's no better reward than knowing someone lives with your piece, touches it, and it gives them joy every day.
